What happens once I connect?
You’ll be connected the same business day with a licensed mental health professional. They’ll listen, talk with you about what you’re experiencing, and together you will create a plan for support. Your plan may include short‑term therapy, community referrals, coping strategies, and additional support resources. You will also receive ongoing check-ins to make sure you’re getting the help you need and feeling supported.
Is this truly free?
Yes — PeriConnect is free and confidential for pregnant and postpartum moms.
What if I’m in crisis?
PeriConnect is not a 24/7 crisis service. In an emergency, please call your local emergency number or crisis hotline.
Do I need insurance?
No — you don’t need insurance to get connected.
I'd rather not fill out the online form, is there a phone number I can call or text instead?
At this time, we do not have a direct line that is fully staffed. If you have questions about the program, you can email us, and we will respond to your inquire within one business day.
